    Who owns my domain?

    You do. Every domain is registered in your name or your company's name, never ours. If you ever move to another provider, we'll help you transfer it.

    Can you move my existing website?

    Yes. Migration is free on every plan. We copy your site, email and databases, test everything on our servers and only switch over once you're happy.

    Am I locked into a contract?

    No. Pay monthly or yearly and cancel anytime. If you're not happy in your first 30 days, we'll refund your hosting fee.

    How do you make sure our data is destroyed?

    Every drive is erased to NIST SP 800-88 and verified. Drives that fail verification are physically shredded. You receive a certificate for each device, matched to its serial number.
